Oh dear, you want to Return or Exchange?
If you are not happy with your treasure, At-Choo is happy to offer a refund on the cost of what you purchased or exchange it for another treasure within 15 days of when you received your order . Just contact us at dearest@at-choo.com or call us at 818.505.0464 and we’ll be happy to help. Sorry to say, but there is no refund on shipping and handling charges.
When returning your treasure, please include the following:
- Unworn item(s) in its original condition
- A copy of the original invoice
- Please let us know the reason for your return – whenever possible we like to learn how to make our cherished customers happy happy.

UPS or FedEx are great to use for shipping so you’ll have a record of your return. However, if you feel comfortable with the postal system, that is another option. Sorry, but we are not responsible for anything lost or damaged during shipping.
Getting Your Dollars Back to You
At-Choo will send you a refund for your purchase once we have received it. That could take about 10 days, although know that we will do it as quickly as possible!
